FAQS Frequently Asked Questions
Who needs a ticket?
Everyone entering the signing event must have a ticket. This includes anyone entering the convention halls or foyer. All spouses, caregivers, friends, parents, and children over the age of 12 must be ticketed. No exceptions.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
You may present either a printed ticket, an electronic ticket, or a valid ID that matches the name on the purchased ticket.
Is there a limit to how many items I can have signed?
There is no set limit. However, please be considerate of the authors and fellow attendees. If there’s a line, we ask that you limit your items to keep things moving. You may bring books, Kindle covers, and bookplates for signing.
Are children allowed?
While children are allowed, we strongly discourage bringing them due to adult content. The event is intended for attendees 18 and older. Wanderlust is not responsible if children are exposed to inappropriate material.
Will the author list change?
Yes. The author list is subject to change at any time. All ticket sales are final, even in the event of author cancellations.
Is there shipping services?
No.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Will I have enough time to meet all the authors?
Yes! Wanderlust is a small, intimate signing event designed to give readers ample time with each author. Unlike larger conventions, there’s no need to rush—but we do recommend planning your day. Be sure to note your assigned signing session time and organize your visit accordingly. Past attendees have consistently shared that the event feels relaxed, enjoyable, and well-paced.
Regarding Pick-Up
for Non-Attendees
We want to clarify that we do not allow pick-ups for non-ticket holders. We’ve informed all of our authors that our priority is ensuring that readers who have purchased tickets receive first access to books and event exclusives.

This has never been something we wanted to be overly strict about. However, due to a few past incidents involving individuals flying or driving in from out of state without tickets and causing disruptions, we’ve had to put this rule firmly in place.
Our goal has always been to take care of our readers and to provide a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for everyone at Wanderlust.
